Why did it change?
Rajasthan's current tracker entry is a per-unit regulatory surcharge that includes the FPPAS mechanism under the tariff order. It is shown per DISCOM because the consumer is still billed by JVVNL, AVVNL or JDVVNL, even where the published rate is aligned.
