Retail tariffs for TGSPDCL and TGNPDCL, together with Cross Subsidy Surcharge, effective 01.04.2026. Cited here because it is also the authority for Telangana levying no periodic fuel surcharge: Appendix A Note 2 reserves "Fuel Surcharge Adjustment (FSA)/Fuel Cost Adjustment (FCA) ... as per Regulation No.2 of 2023" without notifying any rate, and no FSA figure appears anywhere in the order. Para 3.20.5 records objections to the non-levy of FSA/FCA for FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25, the amounts deferred rather than billed. Fuel cost is recovered through annual true-ups folded into the ARR instead.
