Historical archive
We do not delete old FAC / FPPCA values when a new notice appears. Each verified period remains archived with its rate, effective dates, direction and source note, so this page grows into a clean long-term surcharge dataset.
What this means for consumers
For percentage-based surcharges, multiply your fixed plus energy charges by the published percentage. For per-unit surcharges, multiply the rate by units consumed.
Use this as a quick approximation only. Final bill impact depends on the exact base amount, duty, rounding, billing period and the regulator's order.

Why did it change?
The surcharge changes when actual power-purchase cost diverges from the cost assumed in the tariff order. We publish a value only when it is tied to an official notice or order.
