Issued under Regulation 172, relaxing the 10% per-billing-cycle ceiling in Regulation 134(d). BRPL, BYPL and TPDDL claimed FPPAS for June 2026 at 31.64%, 24.02% and 23.71%; para 1(a) allowed an additional 7.94%, 7.43% and 8.50% over the 10% cap, making the total permitted 17.94%, 17.43% and 18.50%. Para 1(b) makes it recoverable for one month from the date of the Order, which is why effectiveTo is 09.09.2026 rather than open-ended — as of 15.09.2026 DERC had issued no further FPPAS order, so the rates the tracker shows for Delhi are carried forward past their authorisation.
