Common Uttar Pradesh bill calculations
Typical domestic examples for a 2 kW LMV-1 Residential / Domestic connection, computed with the same engine as the calculator. Use them as a quick sanity check; your actual bill changes with sub-category, arrears, FPPA, duty and billing-period length.
Complain in this order and keep the complaint number at every step. Skipping a step is the commonest reason a genuine billing complaint is returned unheard.
The CGRF order, or proof the forum missed its deadline
Two deadlines worth knowing. Under the central Electricity Rights of Consumers Rules a grievance should normally be decided within 30 days and in any case within 45. And if the paper you received is an assessment under Section 126 for unauthorised use rather than an ordinary bill, it does not go to the CGRF at all — it is appealed to the Appellate Authority under Section 127, usually within 30 days.
